We’re seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who’s passionate about helping patients start their journey toward better oral health. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with excellent communication skills, a sales-minded approach, and genuine compassion for patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans confidently and help patients move forward with recommended care
- Build rapport and trust with patients while explaining financial and insurance options
- Proactively bring in new patients and help them start treatment
- Support the clinical team in ensuring a smooth patient experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in dental sales
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Ability to connect with patients on both a professional and personal level

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must be self-motivated, personable, and results-driven
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience, plus bonuses for performance
