Experienced Treatment Coordinator – Dental Office
Bilingual English/Spanish Required

We’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who knows how to confidently guide patients into treatment with compassion, clarity, and strong closing skills. If you’re someone who blends a sales mindset with genuine care for patients’ health, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help patients understand and accept recommended treatment

  • Confidently present financial options and close treatment plans

  • Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism

  • Bring in new patients and help them start treatment independently

  • Work closely with the dental and admin team to support a smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in treatment coordination or dental sales

  • Strong closing ability and excellent communication skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and personable

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
