Our fee-for-service dental practice is searching for an exceptional Customer Service Sales Representative who can guide new patients through both dental and financial options as they begin their treatment journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, clarity, and compassionate sales.
What You’ll Do
• Speak with new prospects who are actively seeking dental care and need clear guidance on treatment possibilities and payment plans
• Communicate confidently, compassionately, and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Help callers feel understood, supported, and ready to begin care
• Use your sales expertise to close treatment opportunities while prioritizing patient trust and comfort
• Grow with a practice that values excellence, empathy, and long-term patient relationships
