Treatment Coordinator – Multi-Specialty, Fee-For-Service Dental Office

We are a multi-specialty, fee-for-service dental practice seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated, upbeat professional who excels at patient communication, understands the value of dentistry, and has strong sales and case-acceptance skills—while always keeping patient care and oral health as the top priority.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of prior dental experience in a similar role (required)

  • Strong sales and case-closing skills

  • Excellent chairside/bedside manner with genuine care and empathy for patients

  • Cheerful, positive, and professional attitude

  • Ability to clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and the importance of oral health

  • Confident in presenting and closing treatment plans without compromising patient trust

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

  • Spanish speaking preferred
Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and coordinate comprehensive dental treatment plans

  • Educate patients on recommended care and long-term oral health benefits

  • Build trust and rapport to increase treatment acceptance

  • Follow up with patients to ensure understanding and case completion

  • Work closely with doctors and clinical team to maximize patient experience and production
