We are a growing, multi-specialty dental practice looking for a highly motivated Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients receive the care they need. Whether you have dental treatment coordinating experience or are an exceptional sales professional with a proven track record of closing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on their dental needs.
- Build trust and guide patients through recommended treatment options.
- Convert new patient consultations into accepted treatment.
- Discuss financial options and assist patients in making informed decisions.
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment and prospective patients.
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity.
- Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Meet and exceed production and case acceptance goals.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual) – REQUIRED

- Prior dental treatment coordinating experience is a plus.
- Exceptional sales experience with a proven ability to close is also highly valued.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presenting treatment and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and production-driven.
- Organized with excellent follow-through.
- Compassionate and committed to helping patients improve their oral health.

Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
