Our established, multi-specialty dental practice is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Dental Sales Professional / Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients from consultation to treatment acceptance.
We are looking for someone who is motivated by results, excels at building trust, and knows how to convert consultations into scheduled treatment while always putting the patient's best interests first.

What You'll Do
- Present comprehensive dental treatment plans with confidence and professionalism.
- Build rapport and establish trust with new and existing patients.
- Educate patients on the benefits of recommended treatment and help them make informed decisions.
- Overcome objections with empathy and excellent communication.
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment and convert pending cases.
- Coordinate financing options and payment arrangements.
- Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to maximize patient care and production.
- Meet and exceed monthly treatment acceptance and production goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).
- Proven high-ticket sales and closing experience.
- Dental office experience as a Treatment Coordinator is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans ranging from a few thousand dollars to full-mouth rehabilitation cases.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping patients improve their oral health.
