Fee-for-Service Dental Practice | Full-Mouth Restoration & Implants
We are looking for a high-energy, confident individuals with excellent phone skills to convert dental leads into scheduled consultations.
What You’ll Do:
         Make outbound calls to potential dental patients
         Follow up with leads and turn inquiries into scheduled consultations
         Build rapport and create trust quickly
         Identify patient needs and communicate the value of treatment
         Overcome objections and close the appointment
         Consistently follow up and meet conversion goals
Must Have:
        FLUENT in BOTH English & Spanish
        Excellent communication and phone skills
        Strong sales and closing ability
        Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
        Comfortable making a high volume of calls
        Self-motivated and results-driven
        Dental/healthcare sales experience is a plus
